Offensive Security Engineer

Overview

In this Offensive Security Operations role, you will manage vulnerability discovery, offensive testing and remediation activities to protect the business from cyber threats. You will coordinate with 3rd party vendors to plan and run testing programmes, including TLTP, Red Teaming, Bug Bounty, and external attack surface management. You will act as a domain authority on vulnerability testing, driving root-cause analysis and scalable risk management. You will work closely with technical and external teams while exploring AI and automation to improve initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external vendors, regulators and leadership to deliver requirements on time
• Review vulnerability reports, validate issues and triage by risk
• Support teams in understanding vulnerabilities and validate fixes through retesting
• Coordinate remediation actions with owners and timelines
• Use engineering skills to automate and scale security programme objectives

Key requirements

• Technology-related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent cyber security certifications
• Background in Red Teaming / Penetration Testing / Bug Bounty advantageous
• Experience building AI agentic workflows or deploying security tooling advantageous
• Understanding of large-scale enterprise IT environments
• Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and common software engineering flaws; familiarity with Kill Chain, ATT&CK and OWASP Top 10
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, proactive problem-solving environment
