Windows Security Engineer

Overview

In this role you will design, test and implement Windows security controls while collaborating with the Cybersecurity and Windows teams. You’ll apply platform security knowledge to harden Windows environments and guide governance through policies and standards. This position offers a high-impact, tech-driven setting with rapid change, where you help protect critical trading infrastructure and systems. Responsibilities

• Design, test and implement Windows security controls
• Provide guidance and escalation support to the Windows team
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to enforce security policies and hardening
• Develop and refine security guidelines, standards and procedures
• Monitor and improve Windows infrastructure security posture
• Participate in log aggregation and incident response activities
• Support platform security across Active Directory, PKI and SQL environments
• Engage in ongoing hardening, vulnerability mitigation and performance tuning

Key requirements

• Extensive experience securing Windows platforms
• Knowledge of Windows vulnerabilities, mitigation methods, and TTP countermeasures
• Experience with OS hardening and best practices
• Hands-on experience with core Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, PKI, SQL)
• Experience developing IT security policies and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on capabilities in a fast-changing environment
