Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a very high standard in a multi Rosette environment
- Assisting in menu creation and presentation
- Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards in line with regulatory guidelines
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Assisting with kitchen organisation and stock control
- Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
What we’re looking for:
Ideal candidates will display passion for fine dining and possess the following:
- Experience as a strong CDP or junior sous chef in a gastro pub or fine dining setting
- Knowledge of multi Rosette standards is advantageous
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
