Bupa’s Abbotsleigh Mews Care Home in Sidcup is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager. You will oversee nursing care, update resident care plans, and maintain medication records. You’ll manage rotas to ensure staffing levels and guide the team to promote independence and dignity for residents.

You will lead and mentor staff, foster strong relationships with residents, families and partners, and contribute to the home’s local profile. A current NMC pin and leadership experience are essential.
