Lead Front-of-House, Fine Dining Supervisor

Searcys, the historic London caterer, is seeking an experienced front-of-house leader to guide and inspire our upscale dining team. You will oversee service flow, reservations, and guest satisfaction during Sunday to Tuesday daytime shifts and Wednesday to Saturday lunch and dinner service.

With 3+ years in leadership within fine dining, you’ll uphold high hospitality standards, train staff, manage safety and cleanliness, and address guest feedback with professionalism.
