Potentialapplicants should have:

Either:

• Successful placement(s), teaching (applicantscurrently in training),

or:

• Successful record of teaching including verygood exam results (applicants who already have gained QTS)
• A detailed knowledge of current developmentsin education including the use of the PupilPremium.
• Theability to put vision into practice.
