Overview

In this role you lead the UK, Ireland and France region for Hologic’s Breast & Skeletal Health portfolio, driving sustainable growth and market leadership. You manage cross-functional teams across commercial, service and support, and build deep partnerships with customers and clinicians. You’ll push adoption of imaging and AI-enabled solutions to improve early detection and screening capacity. This is a mission-driven leadership position with significant impact on women’s health across Europe.

Pay / Benefits

  • base salary 120,000–175,000 gross pa
  • commission/OTE 180,000–262,000 (potentially higher with performance)

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute regional growth strategy for the UK, Ireland and France
  • Drive revenue, profitability and market share across the region
  • Lead capital equipment sales, tenders and long-term partnerships
  • Strengthen relationships with senior healthcare leaders and procurement bodies
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline management and commercial execution
  • Champion innovation and service offerings (AI imaging, workflow optimisation)
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Service, Medical Affairs, Finance, HR and Supply Chain
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team and manage transformation initiatives

Key requirements

  • Significant executive leadership experience in medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare technology
  • Proven P&L ownership and track record of sustainable growth
  • Experience in capital equipment, services and long-term partnerships
  • Strong strategic planning, forecasting and execution capabilities
  • Deep understanding of UK healthcare systems (NHS, procurement frameworks) and ability to navigate public-sector environments
  • Knowledge of French healthcare structures and procurement processes
  • Desirable experience in breast imaging, diagnostics or women’s health
  • Ability to engage with senior executives, clinicians and procurement stakeholders
