Engineering Leader — Large London Property Operations

Ex-Mill Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Chief Engineer to lead engineering and maintenance for a large property in London, overseeing M&E, HVAC, life-safety and a multidisciplinary team. You will drive safety, reliability and cost efficiency across facilities and projects.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will own preventative maintenance, manage budgets, coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
