Strategic Operations Director, COO Office

Navan is seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations Director to shape and drive execution of the company’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. You will partner with the VP of Strategy & Operations to scale the COO Office and influence company-wide priorities as Navan continues to grow globally.

In this senior role, you will lead cross-functional workstreams, develop executive recommendations, and deliver complex initiatives from concept to delivery with strong autonomy and impact.
