Senior Backend Engineer — AI Training & Experimentation

Lightning AI seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and scale backend systems powering AI development at scale. You’ll work across distributed training infrastructure, workload orchestration, experiment management, developer tooling, and platform APIs with cross-team collaboration.

This role is based in one of our hubs (San Francisco, NYC, or London) with a minimum of 2 in-office days per week; visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
