About the role
We are recruiting a part-time Luxury Retail Assistant for our Oxford store. We are looking for someone who is available 3 days on a rota of 7 days per week. This is a contract of 21 hours per week.
As a luxury retail assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers.
About you:
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
Able to work well with others & approach others easily
Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers & advising on our products
- Ensuring all goods are well presented
- Processing payments
- Checking off deliveries which arrive in store
- Ensure shop floor is stocked and always presented well
- Maintaining knowledge of our products
We Offer:
- Permanent employment (subject to 3 months’ probation period)
