Calibre Search is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Nottingham for a hybrid role. You will own a portfolio of projects, lead the design team, and drive from concept to site, balancing client needs, fees and programme.

You’ll work with steel, concrete, timber and masonry on schemes from small to £15m+, mentor graduates, and participate in client meetings. Chartered status is encouraged, with IStructE/ICE pathways supported by senior engineers.
