Adult Mental Health Social Worker – Recovery & Independence

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team in Neath Port Talbot. You will support adults with mental health needs to maximise independence and wellbeing through strengths-based, person-centred practice.

You will assess needs, coordinate services, manage risk and develop effective support plans, working in a multidisciplinary environment with carers, families and health professionals.
