NHS EPR Business Case & Procurement Consultant

Contract / Advisory Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced NHS Business Case / EPR Consultant to support a potential advisory project focused on developing a Strategic Outline Case (SOC) for a new EPR programme.

The ideal consultant will have strong experience delivering NHS business cases using the Five Case Model, alongside specific experience within EPR programmes, financial appraisal and procurement strategy.

Key experience:

• Strong NHS experience delivering SOC/OBC/FBC and Five Case Model business cases
• EPR business case and/or EPR programme experience
• Experience across commercial, financial and management cases
• Strong understanding of Comprehensive Investment Appraisal (CIA) and financial/economic appraisal
• Experience with procurement strategy, ideally within NHS/EPR environments
• Experience with financial modelling, investment appraisal and NPV
• Ability to work with senior NHS stakeholders and produce high-quality business case documentation
