People & Culture Recruitment Specialist — Care Charity

Social Care in Action (SCiA) is seeking a People and Culture Recruitment Officer to attract, recruit and onboard talented individuals who share our values and commitment to excellent care.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure safer recruitment compliance and work with managers to build strong talent pipelines across services. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Southampton with occasional travel across Hampshire.
