Charity Shop Lead – Part-Time 15hrs, Flexible Weekends

Helen & Douglas House in Chesham is seeking an Assistant Manager for our charity shop. The role focuses on leading volunteers, processing donations, merchandising stock, and delivering excellent customer service to shoppers.

The permanent part‑time position is 15 hours per week with weekend flexibility. Full training is provided; hospitality, retail, or charity shop experience is valuable. You’ll be supported by the shop manager and area manager to meet targets.
