Store Supervisor – Lead Frontline Sales & Service

The North Face store in Leeds is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to support the Store and Assistant Store Manager, driving sales and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will coach staff, maintain store presentation, and uphold VF’s guidelines in daily operations.

Ideal candidates will bring retail experience, especially in fashion or lifestyle, with strong English communication and a hands-on leadership style. Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
