Remote Senior Finance & Data Business Analyst

Synnovate is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive Finance, Payroll and Data initiatives on a 6-month Outside IR35 contract. The role is remote with a focus on process improvement and requirements gathering across Finance, Payroll, Data and Technology teams.

You will facilitate workshops, map current and future state processes, translate requirements into functional specs, and collaborate with Data teams to ensure accurate data flows. Strong stakeholder management and autonomy are essential.
