HSE Coordinator – BESS

Location: Aberdeen, Scotland (AB22 8AN)

Duration: September – Q1 2028

Working Pattern: Full-time, site based

Outside IR35

The role:

• Support day-to-day HSE activities on site
• Conduct site inspections and safety observations
• Maintain HSE trackers and project documentation
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations
• Promote a positive safety culture across contractors

They’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years’ HSE experience within construction, energy or infrastructure projects
• Has experience with HSE reporting, tracking and compliance activities
• Holds a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
• Has experience on BESS, utilities, HV cable, substation or similar projects (preferred)
