Student Insight & Data Visualization Lead

Herts Students’ Union is seeking an Insight Coordinator to turn data into meaningful insight and practical recommendations that influence strategy and improve the student experience. You’ll design surveys, run focus groups, analyse engagement data, and create reports and dashboards to communicate findings clearly.

The role focuses on turning evidence into actionable recommendations, evaluating initiatives, and working with students and colleagues to ensure student voices are heard.
