Senior Manager, Tax Compliance & Reporting, Financial Services

A global financial services business will be hiring an experienced Senior Manager to take ownership of tax reporting and compliance (largely outsourced) for a complex and multinational group.
Reporting directly to the Tax Director and managing a small team of experienced corporate tax professionals, the successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team in tax, working alongside other divisional heads.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will be focused on oversight of multi-jurisdictional tax reporting, tax compliance, tax governance and project/stakeholder management. Alongside team management and mentorship, there is a significant element of transformation, automation and process improvement to this role.
The successful candidate
- Extensive corporate tax compliance and reporting experience (IFRS & US GAAP)
- Significant experience working with complex and multinational financial services businesses (in-house experience preferred)
- Solid experience managing and leading a team of direct reports
- Fluency in mainstream languages considered advantageous
