And would you enjoy being part of a team that invests in your development and encourages you to build your own path within the firm?nnThe Rolennn • Supporting solicitors in preparing advice and guidance in response to day-to-day employment law queries from clientsnn • Reviewing employment contracts, identifying areas for improvement and assisting with drafting updated contractual documentationnn • Assisting with the preparation of practical employment law advice for large business clients across the UKnn • Drafting weekly email updates on developments in employment law, maintaining a clear, commercial and straight-talking stylenn • Supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring they are set up effectively to receive advice from the teamnn • Conducting legal research and assisting with a wide range of employment law mattersnn • Working closely with experienced employment lawyers in a specialist environmentnnYounnn • Hold a qualifying legal qualification such as an LLB, GDL, LPC or equivalentnn • Have achieved, or be predicted to achieve, at least a 2:1 classification or equivalentnn • Have studied employment law as part of your degree or legal training, or have gained relevant experience in this areann • Demonstrate strong written communication skills and attention to detailnn • Have a genuine interest in employment law and developing your career in this fieldnn • Be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative team environmentnnBenefitsnnn • Heavy hybrid working – 3 days working from home and 2 days in the officenn • Opportunity to work with large business clients across the UKnn • Exposure to high quality employment law advisory worknn • A supportive and collaborative team environmentnn • Excellent opportunities for career development and progressionnn • Pension contributionsnn • Life assurancennn If you're looking to start or develop your career in employment law within a firm that genuinely invests in its people, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
