Job Description:
Nationwide is seeking an E3 Engineer within the Conversational Banking value stream to help evolve our AWS Connect-based platform and transition from legacy systems to a unified, cloud-native stack. You will design, build, deploy and operate features for voice, video and chat interactions across channels.
You’ll work in a hybrid model with two days in the office at Swindon or London, with the flexibility to work from home where possible.
