The Works is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager for our Coventry store. In this 18-hour contract role, you will support the Store Manager to lead the team and deliver outstanding customer service, driving store targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will own stock management, merchandising, training, and safety procedures, behaving as a brand ambassador who motivates colleagues, keeps the store well stocked and welcoming, and steps up in the Store Manager’s absence.
