What you’ll do

You’ll have substantial ownership and the opportunity to build your own client portfolio in a rapidly expanding organisation:

• Own and drive high-impact recruitment assignments, transforming talent briefs into successful placements while curating a world-class candidate experience
• Work directly with account leads to architect client relationships, gaining the commercial insight needed to anticipate and solve future talent challenges
• Fuel your own growth journey by identifying untapped market opportunities and spearheading outreach that turns prospective leads into long-term commercial partners
• Help shape future of recruitment by integrating cutting-edge AI tools into our workflow, actively shaping how we leverage technology to stay ahead of the curve

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a driven professional eager to evolve beyond conventional recruitment processes and advance into a 360-degree consultant role:

• Experience in contract or permanent recruitment, with strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills (1+ years of recruitment experience)
• Growth mindset
• Clear communication and an engaging, trustworthy approach
• Commercial curiosity and the ambition to develop into a 360 recruiter / Account Manager – operating your own desk within the wider team
• Strong organisation, initiative and the ability to manage priorities at pace
• A collaborative, tech-forward mindset with an interest in consulting and independent talent
