Overview

In this role you enable data-driven people decisions by owning the People Analytics data ecosystem and delivering AI-enabled data products. You partner with Business Partnering and Finance to design and ship dashboards and data products, while advancing data quality and platform maturity. You will prototype production-grade ML solutions and drive self-service analytics across stakeholders, helping senior leaders interpret people data at scale. This is a senior, impact-focused IC role with broad cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead improvement of the People Analytics data ecosystem, focusing on data pipelines, semantic layer, and data products
  • Own end-to-end product development for selected stakeholder groups from requirements to Looker delivery and enablement
  • Design, build, and deploy ML models and AI-powered data products within a cloud-native stack
  • Conduct advanced analytics to explain past outcomes and forecast future trends
  • Drive data fluency through demos, documentation, training, and self-service tooling

Key requirements

  • Significant experience as a data analyst or analytics engineer in a team with established data engineering practices
  • Strong SQL, with hands-on experience in BigQuery or a comparable cloud data warehouse
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines with dbt or a comparable transformation tool
  • Experience building dashboards and data products end-to-end for business stakeholders, ideally in Looker
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
