Bank Residential Care Worker – Flexible Hours

Compass Community is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join its children’s homes, supporting and safeguarding young people with flexible hours and a strong induction program. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to develop your care skills and professional growth.

Applicants should be comfortable working with children, hold a valid manual driving licence, and be able to stay calm in challenging situations. DBS checks and references will be completed for successful applicants.
