Service Call & Scheduling Coordinator

Palfinger UK, part of the TH White group, is hiring a full-time Service Call Co-Ordinator in Devizes. You will manage incoming calls and emails, raise accurate service orders, and help to organise repairs, services and emergency breakdowns for customers.

This office-based role requires a patient, organised individual with excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel). You will work a 39-hour week on a three-shift rotating pattern.
