Overview

As part of the Claims Quality Assurance Centre of Excellence, you will ensure claims handling meets regulatory and internal standards while driving quality improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to calibrate scoring, analyse trends, and implement remediation and training. The role sits within a global QA & Governance team focused on best practices and governance across the London Market. You will impact claims performance through data-driven insights and clear stakeholder communication. This is a hybrid, London-based opportunity with exposure to diverse products and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance audits on internal and, when appropriate, third-party claims (TPA) against best practice standards and regulations
  • Perform re-reviews to ensure calibration in scoring and assessment
  • Analyse data and prepare qualitative MI and analytical reports highlighting trends and areas of attention
  • Provide constructive feedback to business units, deliver training, and propose remediation plans
  • Maintain understanding of London Market products, policies, and regulatory environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed best practices throughout the claims process
  • Support training development and remediation initiatives
  • Navigate liaison with multiple internal and external teams to ensure quality across the claims function

Key requirements

  • Experience with Claims QA and governance
  • Knowledge of Lloyd’s London Market and regulatory environment
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external teams including TPAs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with pragmatic, commercial, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
