School Health Data & Admin Assistant

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrator to join the Healthy Families 0-19 Service in Grays. You will support NCMP, Hearing and Vision, and HNA activities, handling data, questionnaires, and correspondence with families and schools.

You will maintain records in SystmOne, support programme packs, and help produce letters and emails within agreed timeframes. A flexible team environment and ongoing development opportunities are offered.
