Legal & General Group’s Affordable Homes division seeks an Asset Management Officer to maintain asset and lifecycle data across the property lifecycle. You will coordinate stock condition surveys, validate information from partners and produce insightful reporting to support repairs, compliance and investment decisions.
Ideal candidates have housing data experience, strong Excel/MS 365 skills, and a track record of delivering clean data for dashboards and governance processes.
