Fleet Compliance & Operations Manager — Company Vehicle

The People Pod is actively seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead a busy transport operation, driving DVSA compliance, driver records and vehicle availability across a large mixed fleet of HGVs and light commercial vehicles.

This hands-on leadership role works closely with Operations, HSEQ and Workshop teams to maximise fleet performance, optimise maintenance plans and ensure safe, compliant operations every day. The package includes a company vehicle and developing career progression.
