Lead Solutions Engineer, EUI

Overview

Join TikTok’s Solutions Engineering team to drive scalable, production-grade solutions for advertising clients. You will partner with Product Engineering, R&D, Customer Success, and PM to unlock new features and business opportunities. You’ll shape technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure long-term maintainability while delivering value to clients. This role blends business impact with engineering leadership to help partners flourish on a fast-growing platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, production-ready solutions with cross-functional Product Engineering teams
• Provide architectural guidance and drive engineering excellence as a technical leader across the Solutions Engineering org
• Identify commercial opportunities with advertisers using TikTok products and technology
• Collaborate with Customer Success to uncover business opportunities and support client goals
• Design and launch end-to-end systems and produce maintainable code with documentation and tests
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to project goals and manage relationships with internal and external partners
• Leverage data to demonstrate business value and impact to stakeholders

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in programming/coding and backend solution design/delivery for clients/advertisers
• Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Go, Java, C/C++)
• Strong collaboration, communication, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to tailor technical presentations to diverse audiences
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
