Senior Site Manager (Housebuilder) | Permanent | East London

Overview

In this permanent role you will oversee a large residential scheme in East London, guiding on-site delivery for circa 200 RC frame units on a ~£30m project. You will work within a renowned housebuilder focused on quality homes, driving safety, coordination, and timely build-out. You’ll lead and motivate site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while upholding health and safety standards. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor and immediate interview availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery for a large RC frame residential scheme
• Manage and motivate site teams to achieve project targets
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
• Coordinate activities to deliver ~200 units within the project timeline
• Maintain quality standards and liaise with stakeholders
• Support longevity and continuity on the project with a stable approach
• Commute to East London for daily site presence

Key requirements

• Senior Site Manager experience with a reputable housebuilder
• RC frame experience
• Excellent team player and man-manager capable of motivating site teams
• Good longevity with previous employers
• Health & Safety conscious (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
• Able to commute to East London daily
