Senior Fund Finance Counsel – London (Offshore)

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Fund Finance Counsel for its London office to advise on BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands law in sophisticated fund finance matters. This is a senior, permanent position with clear progression and a chance to shape the London desk.

The successful candidate will have 8+ PQE in E&W or Commonwealth jurisdictions and at least 8 years of fund finance experience, including offshore jurisdiction exposure or equivalent UK experience with a leading London team.
