Restructuring Associate (3-4 PQE)We are working with a US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Restructuring team in their London office. The position is for a 3-4 year PQE Associate.
You will play an active role across a range of cross-border restructuring mandates, acting for creditors and debtors alike, spanning emerging markets, Europe and the Americas. The team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional debt restructurings, liability management transactions, ad hoc bondholder and creditor group representation, and DIP and distressed financing, acting for institutional investors, corporates, sovereigns and official committees.
Requirements:
- You will have 3-4 years post-qualified experience in restructuring, insolvency, or a broad finance practice with restructuring exposure
- You will have gained this experience from a reputable City or US law firm
- You will be England & Wales qualified with UK experience
