Engineering Lead – Fintech Accounts & Payments

Wise is seeking an Engineering Lead to join the Account Management team. You will guide a cross-functional team spanning backend, web and mobile, owning systems and architectural direction to support Wise’s Current Account and everyday banking experiences.

You will work closely with Product and Design, balance speed with quality, and mentor engineers while ensuring reliability and scalability as the platform grows across accounts, payments and money movement.
