Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Responsibilities of the Coffee TechnicianReporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial coffee equipment across customer sites and company locations. You will diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment remains operational to the highest standards.Working independently and as part of a wider service team, you will manage your workload effectively, meet service level agreements and key performance indicators, maintain accurate service records through the company’s service management system, and provide customers with technical advice to improve equipment reliability and performance. When not attending customer sites, you will support the workshop team carrying out equipment servicing and refurbishment.The role will involve regular travel throughout the region, with occasional overnight stays required to support customer projects, installations, and service requirements across the UK.Requirements of the Coffee TechnicianPrevious experience as a Coffee Machine Technician, Field Service Engineer, Catering Equipment Engineer or similar role.Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.Experience servicing and maintaining commercial coffee equipment, including boilers, pumps, grinders and associated systems.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Full UK Driving Licence is essential.Salary and Benefits for the Coffee TechnicianCompetitive basic salary up to £36k DOE.Monday – Friday schedule.25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.Employee wellness programme.Staff discount scheme. xrnqpay Career development and ongoing technical training.Company vehicleIf you are an experienced engineer with a passion for coffee equipment, technical problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service, then this could be the opportunity for you, please click apply now….
