Finance Controller – Lead Growth in Hospitality

Mollie’s is hiring a Financial Controller for a 15-month fixed-term role to support rapid expansion in the hospitality group. Reporting to the Head of Finance – Corporate, you will own month-end close, payroll, VAT and external audits while building a scalable finance function across multi-site operations.

You will lead the finance team, drive process improvements, provide regular performance insights and partner with senior leaders to manage cashflow and strategic initiatives.
