To support the companies continued growth, we’re looking for estimators of all levels to join our high-performing pre-construction team.
Candidates are invited to apply who are:– A trainee or assistant estimator ready for your next step– An estimator looking to broaden your experience– A senior estimator preparing to progress into a managing estimator role
What you’ll be doing:Preparing competitive tenders across a diverse range of projectsReviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentationProducing accurate take-offs and cost estimatesObtaining and assessing supplier and subcontractor quotationsIdentifying value engineering and cost-saving opportunitiesResponding to client queries and attending tender meetingsCollaborating with our design, commercial and operations teamsCarrying out occasional site visits
What we’re looking for:Experience as an estimator within a main contractor environmentStrong knowledge of construction methods and pricingThe ability to measure works and prepare costs independentlyExcellent commercial awareness and attention to detailStrong communication, organisational and IT skillsA proactive, positive and collaborative approachExperience with Causeway is advantageous but not essential.
