We are looking for experienced Chef de Parties with a strong fine dining restaurant background to join our temporary chef team across London.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
• Strong fine dining restaurant experience is essential
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• Strong knowledge of fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Confident working across different sections
• Able to maintain high standards during busy service
• Professional, reliable and well organised
• Comfortable adapting quickly to different kitchen teams

Requirements

• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
• Allergen Awareness
• Health & Safety Level 2
• COSHH
• Right to work in the UK
