Head of Engineering — Rust‑Driven Options Platform

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our Options/Engineering teams and drive the evolution of our systematic trading platform. You will own the Rust-native infrastructure, mentor a team of engineers, and collaborate with traders, quants, product, risk and infra groups across multiple time zones.

We value hands-on leadership, pragmatic delivery, and the ability to balance latency, reliability, and safety while delivering scalable trading systems.
