Lead Estimator – Sheffield / Up to £90,000 per annum

We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Estimator to lead the development of accurate and competitive estimates across major engineering and construction projects, from concept through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the preparation of estimates across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management activities
• Coordinating inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and supply chain teams, including reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Developing estimating databases, productivity norms, benchmarking data, and Basis of Estimate documentation
• Identifying risks and opportunities, supporting bids, project controls, variations, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
