UK Compliance Leader — Fintech & Payments

Jacobson Garner is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead its UK compliance function and strengthen the firm’s regulatory framework as it continues to grow. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted regulatory adviser, guiding the business with practical, compliant solutions across products and operations.

You will oversee a programme to interpret FCA rules, manage regulatory change, and build governance and reporting to senior governance committees.
