Head Chef – French Cuisine, Seasonal Produce, Career Growth

Bistro Sablé is seeking an experienced Head Chef to elevate our kitchen and lead with passion for seasonal, Provençal-inspired dishes. You will be hands-on, drive excellence, and work closely with top UK farmers.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years at 2-3 AA Rosette level, a French culinary background, and a proven ability to train and develop both BOH and FOH teams in a fast-paced environment.
