Responsibilities

• Deliver and own high-quality software across cloud environments with strong automation and end-to-end responsibility including out-of-hours support
• Drive engineering excellence, DevOps practices, and measurement of development metrics to improve quality and stability
• Lead and contribute to engineering frameworks, standards, and product planning, roadmaps, and OKRs
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to promote clean, high-quality code
• Promote innovation, collaboration, and community engagement across teams; participate in communities of practice; contribute to recruitment and hiring plans
