Responsibilities

• Architect and scale the Satori platform and agent runtimes
• Define release criteria, eval suites, telemetry, and AuthX gating for rollouts
• Collaborate with product tech leads to convert one-off integrations into reusable platform capabilities
• Ship production-grade services and maintain observability and tooling for agentic software
• Lead architectural conversations, coordinate with global stakeholders, and mentor engineers
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure delivery commitments

Key requirements

• Extensive experience designing and supporting microservices/cloud applications
• Production experience with agentic/LLM-based systems, including eval, observability, and rollback
• Deep experience with Python; TypeScript/Node is a plus
• Hands-on with agent frameworks and eval tooling
• Experience with distributed tracing and OpenTelemetry conventions a plus
• Cloud-native development, deployments, containers, AWS experience a plus
• Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills
• Willingness to be on-site four days per week in Belfast
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
