Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers, maintaining high store standards and ensuring that everyone enjoys a positive shopping experience. No two days are the same, so you’ll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and be happy to take on a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, friendly and helpful attitude.
• Welcome and assist customers with enquiries and product recommendations.
• Operate the till accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are well presented and fully stocked.
• Rotate stock and check dates to maintain high standards of freshness.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised store at all times.
• Assist with deliveries, stock checks and merchandising displays.
• Follow food safety, age-restricted sales and health & safety procedures.
• Work as part of a close‑knit team to keep the store running smoothly.
