Overview

In this role you will manage a focused caseload in commercial real estate within a supportive, forward-thinking firm in Truro. You’ll handle landlord and tenant work, property transactions, and financing matters while developing client relationships across sectors. The position offers high-quality work, progression, and a hybrid working model. You will collaborate with experienced advisers to deliver excellent service and contribute to business development. Responsibilities

• Landlord and tenant matters—leases, licences to assign, surrenders and assignments
• Sales and purchases of owner-occupied property
• Secured lending and finance transactions, including sale and leaseback
• Sales and purchases of investment property
• Supporting business development and attending networking events
• Delivering high quality client service across diverse sectors

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial real estate or a closely related area
• Strong technical knowledge and genuine interest in commercial property work
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment
