Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of real estate litigation matters
- Handle telecommunications disputes and Telecommunications Code issues
- Advocate on break clause disputes
- Manage rights of light cases
- Deal with breach of covenant, misrepresentation and breach of contract matters
- Handle frustration and option disputes
- Address commercial landlord and tenant issues
- Advise public bodies, corporate occupiers, investors, landlords, and developers
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex cases while also managing independent matters
Key requirements
- 5+ years PQE in real estate litigation (other levels may be considered)
- Experience in telecommunications disputes and knowledge of the Telecommunications Code (highly desirable)
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing complex matters independently and collaboratively
